Rosa Delgado and Rosita Camacho
Description
In October 1997, a woman named Rosa Delgado went to the corner store with her 4-year-old daughter, Rosita Camacho. When the pair never made it home from the store, Rosa’s sister called the police. Twenty-two-years later, we are still asking happened to Rosa and Rosita? Some people think they know the answer, and it points back to corruption within the police force.
