In January 1984, 7-year-old Gary Grant Jr was killed while walking home from a friend’s house. The neighborhood was shocked when an arrest was made early on. But when the charges were dismissed, mysterious messages were sent followed by decades of silence. But is the key to solving this cold case a recording that went unheard for 30 years?
