Susan Poupart Crimeline
May 20, 1990: Susan Poupart was seen leaving a party around 4am with at least two men.
May 22, 1990: Searches for Susan were underway in the Lac du Flambeau community.
November 22, 1990: Hunters found the remains of Susan Poupart, along with some of her belongings in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest.
May 24, 2007: A “John Doe” hearing was held. Two out of three persons of interest showed up to testify. One pleaded the fifth and the judge stopped the questioning of the other due to lack of an attorney.
2011: Susan’s cold case was added to a deck of playing cards.
2014: Evidence was sent for DNA testing.
2020: More evidence was sent for DNA testing.
